Michigan’s Firkin Birthday Celebration at Bavarian Inn Restaurant’s Michigan on Main Bar and Grill: Rochester Mills Beer Co. has produced a special Chocolate-Covered Cherry Flavored Milkshake Stout to celebrate Michigan’s 180th birthday. Birmingham Restaurant Week: More than two dozen restaurants will offer $15 three-course lunches and $30 three-course dinners throughout Birmingham. Detroit Restaurant Week: More than two dozen restaurants in downtown Detroit and beyond are participating in this 10-day dining promotion featuring three-course dinners. Restaurants participating in the $29 level are Detroit Vegan Soul, Mario’s, the Block and more. The $39-per-meal participants include 24Grille, Andiamo Riverfront, Chartreuse Kitchen & Cocktails, Craft Work, Cuisine, El Barzón, PRISM, and Top of the Pontch. Promotion runs Feb. 3-12.
