Moderate Weather to Prevail in Egypt on Saturday, Cairo 18°C

The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) predicts moderate weather to prevail in Cairo, Lower Egypt, and Northern Upper Egypt, during daylight hours on Saturday.

Warm weather is also predicted to hit South Sinai and South Upper Egypt, while the North Coast will experience cold weather.

It is also predicted that the country will continue to witness a decline in temperature.

Snow is also foreseen to form on Mount Moses and Saint Catherine's heights.

Light to moderate rain is predicted to prevail intermittently in the North Coast, North of Lower Egypt, and central Sinai.

Furthermore, the Mediterranean Sea will experience moderate waves, ranging between 1.5 and 2 meters in height with northwestern surface winds.

Waves in the Red Sea will be low to moderate, ranging between 1 and 1.75 meters in height varying between northeastern and ىorthwestern surface winds.

Moreover, cold weather is also expected to prevail in most parts of the country, at night.

Extremely cold weather is also expected to hit the south of the country.

Temperatures predicted for the following cities are: 19°C in Cairo, 18°C in Alexandria, 17°C in Matruh, 19°C in Sohag, 20°C in Qena, and 21°C in Aswan.
