Police identify man killed in shooting on Wabash Avenue in Kansas City
Kansas City police are investigating a deadly shooting that occurred Sunday evening in the 2900 block of Wabash Avenue.Police responded to the area just before 8:30 p.m. and found an adult male suffering from gunshot wounds. He was later pronounced dead at the hospital. He was identified by police as Javonie E. Minor, 31. Investigators believe the shooting followed an altercation involving "multiple" people outside the home.
